Not My Blood

When taken to Norton Brownsboro Stroke Center, upon leaving the ER I was taken to this room – these were the sheets and blankets already on the bed – they were not changed nor were they replaced prior to treating the next patient. This photo is what I witnessed upon entering the room. This is fresh blood – and not mine. This hospital is a disgrace. This was in 2016 – it was not during peak times – there were syringes & needles laying on the floor. This was reported to many agencies as well as the hospital’s administrative staff (via phone and twice in person) – I did not receive a reply. Upon further multiple follow-ups the hospital refused to acknowledge there was a problem. 2 years later I received a canned response and to this date Norton has yet to acknowledge the incident and states they do have have a complaint on file but was not able to confirm or acknowledge the contents of my complaints. By reading recent reviews it appears nothing has changed – in two years. Up North families compare notes on which Doctor killed their Mother. In Kentucky they ask how many Doctors it took to kill theirs.
